Executive Results also has a 600sqm large gym (or as we like to call it 'fitness training centre') in Brisbane West End called The TOUGH Spot.

Executive Results is owned and operated by Anna Junghans and Taco Fleur, Anna Junghans has been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. Anna understands how difficult it is to lose weight, and to stick to an exercise routine. She was drastically overweight until early adulthood, and frustrated by her inability to keep the weight off, Anna realised that the only way to achieve long term results was a combination of diet and exercise.  She was so dedicated to this goal that she studied to become a group fitness instructor, after teaching for a few years she was looking to expand her knowledge and study in different fields of the fitness industry. She always wanted to help and support people out there to be “the best that they can be” and help them overcome the obstacles in their life which stand in their way of their dreams.

Now, fit and healthy, and no longer a yo-yo dieter, Anna is now constantly researching ways to help other people overcome their fear of losing weight and getting fit. Anna’s goals are to further expand and improve the Executive Results service to train people in Brisbane and throughout Australia. Anna’s mentor is Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser; and Michael Thurmond of Extreme Makeover, she likes to model herself on these inspirational people and live a lifestyle with INTEGRITY, taking lessons learned from these two amazing trainers. She also constantly researches new ideas for Boot camps and Personal Training, ensuring that she is up to date with all the latest research.

Anna is also known as one of the toughest trainers in Brisbane! There is nothing she would put a client through without going through it herself.

Taco Fleur

Taco Fleur is part owner and in charge of marketing, business development, branding and planning at Executive Results and he is also working in the online advertising industry as the CEO of the Australian Business Directory clickfind™.

Taco is also a health and fitness freak who will most likely come along and train together with everyone else when possible. He likes to sample the work provided by Executive Results and make sure that a high standard is maintained.
