  • What is Boot Camp?
    Boot Camp is an outdoor group training program, using military style principles designed to mentally and physically challenge you. Our programs are designed to give you fast results in a short period of time.

  • Do I need to be fit to join Boot Camp?
    No, you don’t need to have any level of fitness as our programs are designed for everyone, from the elite athlete, to people who have never exercised before. Whatever you’re level of fitness is, you will be challenged.

  • What do I need to bring?
    All you need is your water bottle, towel and a spare shirt (if you feel you need to get changed). We have Boot Camp shirts for sale.

  • What do I wear?
    Just wear something comfortable to exercise in (nothing new), we also recommend that you don’t wear white. A good pair of runners/trainers as this will play a big role in the exercise that you will be doing.

  • What will I achieve by doing a Boot Camp course?
    You will achieve weight loss, toning, strength, improved cardiovascular fitness, more energy, reduced stress, improved self esteem/ self confidence and much more.

  • Do I have to wait for a course to finish before I can start?
    No, you can start at anytime as our programs run consecutively from month to month. There are always new people starting throughout the course (so you won’t feel alone!).

  • What if I can’t keep up when others have already started?
    We have professional trainers who will make you feel that you can keep up, they will modify the exercises for you if need be. You will still be getting involved with everyone else and all the challenges at a modified intensity.

  • Will I be screamed and cursed at?
    No, we encourage and motivate in a very motivational way.

  • What if it Rains?
    Rain, Hail or Shine Boot Camp still operates unless there is an electrical storm.

  • How many times do I need to train to get Results?
    We recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week, to get any type of results.

  • How do I overcome the initial first stages of feeling sore?
    Keep moving! Walking, stretching, keep it light, nothing to strenuous. The worst thing you can do is sit on the couch and do NOTHING!
