Boot Camp Information
At Executive Results, Boot Camps are our specialty. We motivate and push our participants to “their” limits not ours or anybody else’s.
Boot Camps are designed to give you maximum results in a short period of time, whether that maybe increasing fitness, losing weight, having more energy, reducing stress etc…
We focus on team building fun and fitness, for all ages and walks of life.
It’s a military principle style of training, with discipline, but without belittling people, no screaming and especially no cursing. We pride ourselves on our motivational approach! It’s set in the outdoors where you train the hard and fast way, to get the results you want. We offer different courses to suit every individual’s needs. You don’t need to be fit to join our Boot Camp and it doesn’t matter what shape or size you are, as you can be assured that you will get the results you want, if you just hang in there.
The programs (some are designed by ex-military) are specifically designed to incorporate every aspect of you achieving anything you want if you set your mind to it. Participants are challenged both mentally and physically, with new obstacles & challenges to overcome.
You can come along to any of our Boot Camps and see whether or not you like to commit yourself to creating a better you! Simply send us an email and we will inform you of the sessions and location you could come along to.

Noise & the area we use
Because our programs are held outdoors, sometimes early in the mornings, we make every effort to minimise moise so that other people can enjoy their normal peace and quiet.
Some things to keep in mind;

Be careful when closing the car doors

Do not talk loudly

Do not scream

Do not leave rubbish behind, if you have any rubbish, put it in our crate and we will dispose of it
We promote bike riding. If you ride to all your sessions on a bicycle, we will give you one extra Boot Camp or Personal Training session.
TAKE THE BIKE - Brisbane could use some more bicycle paths
If more people rode bikes, Councils would surely recognize the need for more and better bicycle paths.
