Boot Camps, Personal Training & Corporate Fitness
Where do you want to go?
Following are some testimonials we received over time in regards to our trainers and Boot Camps
Just wanted to send though a big thank you - I completed my first half marathon yesterday at the Gold Coast!
If I hadn’t signed up for Boot Camp a couple of years back, this wouldn’t have been possible.
Boot Camp gave me the all round physical and mental conditioning to undertake the distance.
I finished in 1:54:19, which was in the 1:45 to 2:00 range I was aiming for. At least I have an official PB to beat, and know I can get to 1:40 by end of the year.
Thanks again to you and all the team!
I have completed my 8 week boot camp and I just wanted to say thankyou. It took six weeks for any kind of running ability to come back and my fitness and strength has improved. Without boot camp I would not have had the motivation to push through to get the this same point, so I thank the trainers at the Kalinga park boot camp, they were tough, particularly in the last four weeks, but I am seeing and feeling the results.
2 weeks ago I completed a 100km ultra marathon down the Gold Coast. I completed the same run last year in 12 hours and 36 minutes so I had decided that the focus for this year was to be less than 12 hours.
A lot of my training has always involved just straight running and speed work but I realised that if I wanted to break the 12 hours this year it would involve more than that. I needed to "tick all the boxes" and find something that would give me extra core strength and endurance when the going got tough… Read more
Hello,
I am well. Although my first week was very difficult for the old body, this week I am starting to feel like my breathing is improving and even my husband has said he has noticed a difference already. I am kicking myself for letting my body grow wild for the last five years but at least I am trying to do something about it now.
Thank you and the trainers for providing a great way to exercise. I especially love the fact that each session is different.
And no I don’t take the tough love personally, all I want to do is to give my best each session.
Thank you again
Thanks for this morning Anna! Only stopped feeling sick about 10mins ago!!
Wayne conducted a really well thought out and professional session. As well as making us work it was enjoyable and interesting and he was never short on encouragement and/or correction of techniques etc.
Read a testimonial from a mother doing early morning Boot Camp.
Great session on Tuesday – I was totally smashed and my legs are still ridiculously sore. It’s great for the session to always be changing, and continuing to be super challenging. See you next week.
I have to say I get more results with you than the gym, I’m only doing the gym for strengthening.
Yourself and Shannon have been excellent. When I think, I'm done, you guys keep me going. Thank-you.
Natalie has been great. She does a lot of cardio - running and push ups. She takes the time to learn our names and uses them throughout the session (I think that is important as it makes me feel like she is really trying to help me reach the end).
All of the trainers have been great. The only thing I like about your sessions in particular is that no session is ever the same! The element of surprise which I like (but that's me - perhaps others like routine). If it is boring, I get bored (like aerobics).
I have been going to Executive Results' Boot Camp with the 96.5FM Crew for the last 3 weeks. I thought I was pretty fit, until I went to Executive Results' Boot Camp. I have developed and used muscles I hadn't use for years. Anna pushes you to make sure she's gets the best out of you (even when you can't do the exercise no more).
Since the last 3 weeks, I play competitive Ozetag, my endurance and recovery rate was shocking, now my second wind comes back quicker, recovery is great! Its great to be feel fit again. So don't miss out. If you are seriously about losing weight? get fitness? or gain power come and see Anna.
Hi Anna,
I just wanted to give Shannon a wrap for this morning's session. He is motivating and very hard on us but I really like him! He did lots of tyre work and push up (so much so I could not lift my arms at end of the session) See you Wednesday! :-)
I am a teacher, who before children loved to water ski, go to the gym, power walk and be active. Then came my first child and within six weeks I was back into normal life and into my old clothes. This is easy, let's do it again! Well, as I've learnt, not all plans go the way we want them to read more…
Of everything I have ever done to improve my fitness, Executive Results’ Boot Camps are by the far the most effective, enjoyable and rewarding thing I have ever done.
I recently signed up for my third Boot Camp because it quite simply gets me results. With Anna and the sergeants help I’ve very quickly achieved a great new level of fitness - and I’m still improving!
Best of all, Boot Camp is never repetitive. You never know what is in store each morning until you start doing it.
While I’ve looked with trepidation and some of the set challenges, they’ll never set an impossible task. With the constantly positive (yet firm) encouragement of Anna and the sergeants, you learn to dig deep and keep on going. Indeed, after each session you feel like you’ve really achieved something great.
Thanks Anna!
I had only one personal goal, and that was “To lose weight for my wedding day”. I had tried the gym, fad diets, and my own healthy lifestyle attempts, however I lacked the motivation and consistency of effort to achieve this goal. It was time to try something new, and (if you are anything like me) I needed someone to push, challenge, and motivate me to get my butt into gear. I have since turned to Executive Results Boot Camps. I just wanted to say that today's session was excellent!! Thanks for that. I had to thank you today because I think tomorrow I will be cursing you everytime I move! I can feel my stomach muscles hurting already. It's actually great to feel like you've really been pushed.
So thank you!!
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank-you for organising the challenge this morning. The extra session was great, as well as the opportunity to bond with the other girls. And winning the challenge - well that was an unexpected bonus.
I really enjoyed myself.
Thank-you
I have been a member of a gym for a long time and have plodded along getting some results but not massive results. I was looking for something ‘different’ and searching the net when I found executive results website. I registered my interest and Anna rang me back within minutes it seemed. I didn’t have time to think about it, I enrolled and off I went thinking what on earth have I done? It was the best thing I have ever done, motivated every day to push myself further and get better (which I have). While I am still not a speedster or anything, I can run further and for longer than I ever have before which is wonderful. My strength, both physical and mental has improved immensely too.
Anna and Jess are great trainers and I have enrolled for my next boot camp to improve myself even more!! If you are considering boot camp – JUST DO IT!! You won’t regret it, I haven’t.
I have been a member of our local gym for about 3 years but not getting the results I wanted because I was not the sort of person to push myself to achieve those results. Our lives are very busy, with our own business, 2 small children, a busy social life and sporting commitments, it was very easy to make the excuses not to go the gym. I decided why pay for something and not use it, so quit the gym, I was on the lookout for something to do. My husband started Boot Camp with Executive Results and I used to listen to the stories he would tell and think “there is no way I could do that”. After some soul searching and seeing the results he was achieving I thought this is exactly what I needed. I needed to be motivated and pushed to achieve my results. I also needed the “ME” time factor as well. My first session I thought “Oh my God Girl” you are so unfit. I could hardly make it around the oval once and managed to struggle through 10 push ups.
Six weeks later, I ran the Bridge to Brisbane in 78 mins, which was a personal triumph for myself, and now when I hear “Give me 40 push ups!” It’s like “Sure”. My fitness is improving all the time and the motivation not only comes from the great staff at Executive Results but from within me now, as I suppose I’ve realized I can do this and I can do whatever I set my mind to. This is a big accomplishment for me because I have always been a person not having the drive to get the results I’ve wanted. Now there’s no stopping me. I am slowly losing my body fat and can see some toning happening which in itself is a pleasing moment.
A Big thanks go the Anna and her staff at Boot Camp, for starting me on road to ….. wherever I want to go.
It's been 7 week of gruelling training, but I wouldn't swap it for the world. From wrestling with the Anaconda to penalties from Sergeant Mary there is always something that you aren't prepared for. Exhausting as it may be, I always come away with a strong sense of achievement. I've always liked team sports and haven't grasped the concept of going to the gym or felt confident enough. Boot camp has given me the confidence and boost as well a the support from other members and staff.
Its been about 12 years since I have had a regular training program and am amazed at my stamina and fitness level already. I have also found that it has assisted me greatly as I have been doing it tough lately personally and it gives me a great outlet. So to Colonel Anna and the Sergeants, thank you for the punishment and certainly look forward to the Boot Camp on Stradbroke or Moreton Is.
I commenced Boot Camp 4 weeks ago and cannot believe the changes that have occurred as a result.
A lot of people have an impression that Boot Camp is a form of extreme fitness and torture and shy away from it. Whilst I have to admit that it is hard work, it is not as torturous as perceived and is very rewarding. I have found Boot Camp to be the perfect fitness program that I have encountered to date. Whilst the Colonel and Sergeants may sometimes push you to extremes, they are also encouraging and supportive of your goals and will get you the results that you crave. I find that working out in a team environment is also encouraging.
My main aim when I joined Boot Camp was to lose weight and get fit. After only 4 weeks I have dropped a dress size, gained heaps of energy, and whilst I may not be as fit as some of my Boot Camp team mates, I can confidently say "I'm getting there!". I have tried gyms, aerobics, walking and dieting but have always faced the problem of lack of motivation, no time, and get really bored. With Boot Camp it's at a time that is really convenient for me, there is heaps of motivation and encouragement, it is definitely not boring and is over and done with before you know it. Im looking forward to signing up for another 5 week program and dropping another dress size!
Two knee reconstructions, Two kids and Too many kilos, and about time I did something about it for myself. So I called up Executive Results, firstly thinking that I wouldn't even be able to do the workout, but I went along for a trial and have never looked back.
I have been attending training for about 2.5 weeks now and I have already noticed a remarkable difference to everything about me. I have already lost some weight, my skin feels better than it ever has and I feel lighter and brighter making being a mum with two small children much more enjoyable.
It is an early start and it is a hard workout, but the rewards outweigh all that for me. Each week I set new goals for myself, firstly it was just to do the runs etc without stopping, now that I have managed that the next step is not to be last to finish, and I will get there. I recommend the boot camp run by Anna and her team to everyone, whatever your goals are ie to loose weight or get fit or both, because it is certainly working for me and I enjoy every minute of it (when it is finished that is)..
I am a Personal Trainer, so before I started the Boot Camp my fitness level was already pretty good, but after the five weeks it has definitely boosted my fitness to the next level.
The main reason I started the Boot Camp was because I love a challenge, I love being worked and pushed hard and to add a bit of variety to my current training regime.
Executive Results Boot Camp exceeded all my expectations and I am now stronger and fitter then I ever have been before - I am now doing all my push ups on my toes (good quality push ups!), my body fat percentage has gone down by over 3% and my running performance has increased dramatically, before Boot Camp I was running approx. 7.30minute kilometres and I am now running 6min to 6.30min kilometers- I am training for a half marathon - and can now run 10km with ease (yay only 12km to go!).
A big thank you to Executive Results for all the encouragement and motivation during those cold and dark winter mornings - I can't wait to start it all again!!!
I joined Executive Results boot camp really because I knew I was getting more and more unfit, and I didn’t like the way my body was changing. The cellulite was settling in and I knew it need some serious work. The 1st day at boot camp I admit was a bit of a shock, I was pushed and I was very sore that day and the following day. It is a great feeling to know that you have pushed yourself as hard as you can. Colonel Anna and Sergeant Mary know your limits and I find that I need someone there to encourage me (or push me).
I am now in week 3 and my body has already adjusted and I don’t get so sore after our sessions. I feel stronger, fitter, I have more energy, I sleep better, I cope better under stress, and I am more alert. On top of all this my body is also beginning to change shape – for the better, and I am getting toned. My partner asked me the other night where the other half of my bum was!! (That was his special way of giving me a complement).
I look forward to the boot camp, I enjoy the variety, never knowing what to expect, and I enjoy feeling better than I have for a long time. I recommend boot camp for those of you that need more energy, that are stressed, or if you just want to feel confident and comfortable in you body again.
After having my second child 11 months ago, I was fast running out of excuses to get fit. I wanted to kick start my fitness, but I knew that I would need help to do it. Enter Executive Results Boot Camp. The great thing about Boot Camp is that you don't have to be super fit before you sign up (I couldn't even do a push up when I started), but with the motivation and encouragement from Colonel Anna and Sergeant Mary and the added bonus of working with a group I can feel a dramatic improvement in my strength (I can now do 50 push ups easily) and fitness, and the best thing is that this has all happened over the course of 5 weeks.
If you are someone who is interested in getting fit (fast), having a bit of variety in your workout, being motivated to not only exercise but actually having the energy to do it and meeting a great group of people than the Executive Results Boot Camp is definitely for you. Thanks to the Colonel and the Sergeant I am fitter than I have been in years and I am motivated to take all I have learnt in Boot Camp to push myself and to continue with my fitness program.
The very first Boot Camp I went to was in February 2006, and it is a good place for me to get fit, they push me past my limits, I love that part of it.
The only times I have received penalties is when I was talking when I wasn't suppose to, when I get penalties even though I don't show it, I love doing push-ups and running.
Since February I haven't stopped going to Boot Camp, once I started it I realized that the career I wanted was to be a personal trainer, and one day I hope to be a Boot Camp instructor. You make a lot of friends while you are there.
My first Executive Results Boot Camp session was on Feb 2006. I couldn’t believe what I was about to do - getting up at 5:15 AM in the morning to go to camp at 5:40AM to do squats and push-ups seemed like lunacy, although it was hard, When I got there I actually enjoyed myself and after the first 6 weeks I began to like what I saw in the mirror, as someone who has never exercised since leaving school I have never felt better in my life than I do now and I owe my motivation, dedication and transformation to the Executive Results team, Thank you for helping me become a better me!
Initially it was hard to bite the bullet, but once I persisted I really got in to the whole Boot Camp thing, I just love the hard training, sweating and feeling of euphoria at the end of a session. I am now addicted to Boot Camp and if they were held every day I would be there on the dot. I also almost reached my goal of getting rid of my beer belly, I am starting to see muscle definition. Thanks.
