Executive Results is organising Kids Boot Camps around Brisbane, at school or close to school, before school or after.

Discipline and Respect

This Boot Camp is not for unruly kids, it is however very disciplined and teaching respect. We've organised this Boot Camp for Kids to help battle the obesity epedemic.

Kids will need to stand inline with their hands behind their back, they will need to remain quiet, and although there is a time for fun & games, talking and chatting during the fitness session is not allowed.

Team Building

Kids will learn team building as well as leadership skills.

Blue Card

All trainers have a blue card and kids themselves!

There will never ever be any rough talk or physical contact, cursing or anything else of that matter, there will however be discipline, respect and repercussions in the form of penalties which can be given to an individual or the whole group except the unruly individual.
