Micro fitness is all about pushing your body to the absolute maximum in as little as 10-20 minutes with absolutely no breaks where possible. Participants are wearing a heart rate monitor which is set at 100% maximum. This workout will take your mind and body to places where it has never gone before. Our slogan “shorter, faster, harder™” sums it up best.
To achieve the results you desire, whether that be; endurance, strength, speed, power, agility, and so on, you need to be training at a level where being comfortable just doesn't cut it. You have to be uncomfortable, you need to be OUT of your comfort zone for these results to happen.
A large percentage of everyday people who go to the normal everyday gym are getting more and more frustrated with the outcome, they are wasting time on machines going nowhere, performing exercises that produce no results and really teach their mind and body nothing! Some people find themselves training 1-2 hours 4-5 times a week, and spending a big amount of $$$ on trainers who promise them to meet their desired goals of fitness and weight-loss/fat-loss etc., but 3 months later they have not been able to produce these results to the clients satisfaction.

Your heart & lungs cannot tell whether you're working your muscles intensely for 30 seconds performing a squat or sitting on a stationary bike. The heart & lungs only know about ENERGY requirements and then attempt to meet them.
Micro fitness is all about the heart and lungs reaching those energy requirements by pushing candidates out of their comfort zones, by training purely at high intensity muscular effort!
This type of training intensity has produced the same amount of muscle enzymes which are essential for the prevention of type 2 diabetes as a workout requiring 4 - 6 hours a week. Some people may query “people cannot possibly improve their cardiovascular system by working out in as little as 10 minutes a week, can they?” In fact, a de-trained athlete can improve it dramatically by working out for 6 minutes a week.
It's a dramatic effect of the potency of exercise intensity, at stimulating adaptations in skeletal muscle, that improve performance and can improve health. In other words intense training is very time efficient and offers lots of bang for your buck.
It's simple: it's high intensity muscular effort.
