Kettlebell training, easy for beginners, easy to learn, tough workouts! Get fit and toned... it's addictive. As seen on the Biggest Loser and quickly becoming a growing trend in Brisbane.
Kettlebell Classes are held at our gym in West End Brisbane. Our kettlebell trainers are Advanced Kettlebell Trainer Alex Low and Anna Junghans. If you don't want a full on kettlebell class you can also experience working with Kettlebells in one of our kettlebell classes at our Executive Results Boot Camps or Caveman Training Circuit where the Kettlebell gets incorporated.
The kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. The kettlebell has become a popular exercise tool.
Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. Kettlebells come in all different weights, to name a few; 2kg, 4kg, 12kg, 16kg, 24kg and even an indredible 40kg! Alex, our Kettlebell king is about the only one at our gym who can lift the 40kg up in the air, and that seriously tells you what type of strength you can build with Kettlebells!
