microfitness® is owned and created by Executive Results and is a unique and results producing workout that is shorter, faster and harder than other workouts. microfitness® also incorporates gas mask training for fitness.
Gas Mask Training is a program that is incorporated into our microfitness® workouts, it helps condition the lungs and mimics some of the effects of high altitude training, helps control your breathing and conditions you so you don’t gas out early in the game.

Tough Ropes is a unique rope program created and owned by Executive Results, all workouts consist of working with ropes, pulling ropes, waving ropes, rippling ropes etc. it’s a complete upper body and core conditioning program.

Caveman Training® has been brought to Australia by Executive Results in 2009 and spread over Australia by the first Caveman Training Certification in Australia, participants came from all over Australia; West Australia, Melbourne and Queensland. The program is invented and owned by API in the United States and is one of the toughest training methods around.
