Coming straight from the UK, I wanted to bring my skills and knowledge to Australia. I use my passion for fitness to help others to achieve there fitness goals. Wether you have experience with training or just beginning, getting fit can be a life changing experience and will make you stronger mentally as well as physically. There is no limit to training and as long as there's a sky I aim to touch it.
Alex is available for kettlebell classes, personal training and other group fitness from our gym / training centre in West End, come to your home in South Brisbane or train you from the outdoors in a nearby park.

Most people will turn to a treadmill, an excellent choice as it is one of the most effective ways for an aerobic workout. It enables you to elevate your heart rate, its an impact movement, its using the biggest muscles in your body and it can be put onto an incline.

Not only is it an aerobic work out but it is also an anaerobic workout, meaning you can build muscle at the same time as losing that excess fat.
