Anna is a female health & fitness professional in Brisbane who has been in the industry for more than 15 years. Over the years she has guided herself as well as others into a unique way of motivating and inspiring people of all shapes and sizes.
Anna competed in the 2008 INBA Body Sculpting Competition, she has trained various people for 12 week challenges, she has competed in a few endurance races such as 24 hour races, multisport events and other challenges.
When Anna trains someone, she devotes herself 100% to make sure the desired goals like weight loss, muscle gain, fitness, toning etc, are met.
She is so passionate about fitness that her work is her hobby and she enjoys nothing more than seeing people reach their goals and transform their lives.
It has been a tough journey for her, over the years, battling with her weight during her childhood, but she was inspired by trainers at an early stage and has vowed to devote the rest of her life to health & fitness, changing peoples' lives and to be the best that she can be! Anna is also the proud mother of a wonderful son named Benooi Fleur Junghans.

Thank you for the help so far on my journey to lose weight and look and feel better for my wedding day. It has put my faith back into health professionals and personal trainers, after receiving unpleasing results time and time again.
I understand you are busy but if you could fit me in during the times when I get back from Fiji and go to Japan that would be super! I very much don't want to gain back any weight especially after all the hard work we have both put into our sessions.
I would also like to continue with 3 sessions a week until mid September, as I can see the progress in my body and I want to keep it up!
Hi Anna,
I really enjoyed the intensity of my first workout with you and now have a fairly good idea what I've got myself in for! Exactly what I was hoping for....so it's all good (even though the look on my face during yesterday's workout may have made you think otherwise).So post workout....well I was in bed by 9.30pm last night, asleep straight away and didn't wake until the morning. This is actually quite rare for me....I usually do a fair bit of tossing and turning, waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. So the workout must've really flogged me for me to be that tired! Today my forearms and trunk are pretty sore but legs are fine so a run will be no probs.
Anyways it's great to have found you. I know that from now on I will only be training out of my comfort zone and am looking forward to seeing what my body is capable of.

I would like to thank you very much for my personal training sessions over the last 6 weeks. I am 45 and a shift worker and thrilled with my results, having lost 5.4 kilos (more than my goal of 5 Kilos). Your sessions were very tough but different each week, which kept things interesting and the food plan you set me, has made me think of food in a different way and I now choose the healthy option each time.
Although my sessions have finished, I have learnt so much. It doesnt matter what age you are, a shift worker, a mum, or whatever your situation is, you are able to lose weight or tone up and become healthier if you put your mind to it and trust in a great trainer.
So thanks again, I now feel a lot more confident and cant wait for my holiday in Vietnam to start next week.
She's an awesome trainer and you won’t be disappointed……. I never knew that my body was this capable until I started training with her (or maybe that's because she won’t let me fail and doesn't take no for an answer…but in a polite/nice way, of course!)
Got my BP tested on Friday and it is down to 137/97. My goal is 130/70. Thanks for the help so far.
