Anna competed in the 2008 INBA Body Sculpting Competition (see her INBA photos here), she has trained various other people (male and female) for 12 week challenges, she has competed in several endurance races such as 24 hour races, multisport events and other Brisbane based challenges.

When Anna trains someone, whether it is for bodybuilding, women body sculpting, sports modeling, figure competition or any other compeition, she devotes herself 100% to make sure the desired goals are met.

It has been a tough journey for her, over the years, battling with her weight during her childhood, but she was inspired by trainers at an early stage and has vowed to devote the rest of her life to health & fitness, changing peoples' lives and to be the best that she can be!

Anna is looking forward to training, inspiring and guiding you on your journey to a healthy new you!

Anna also loves Caveman Training and pushing people into their "RED ZONE". She also trains Caveman Training™ herself on a regular basis so she knows the blood, sweat, tears and pain you will go through when you commit to Caveman Training... "PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY" but results last forever!

Hi Anna,

I really enjoyed the intensity of my first workout with you and now have a fairly good idea what I've got myself in for! Exactly what I was hoping for....so it's all good (even though the look on my face during yesterday's workout may have made you think otherwise).

So post workout....well I was in bed by 9.30pm last night, asleep straight away and didn't wake until the morning. This is actually quite rare for me....I usually do a fair bit of tossing and turning, waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. So the workout must've really flogged me for me to be that tired! Today my forearms and trunk are pretty sore but legs are fine so a run will be no probs.

Anyways it's great to have found you. I know that from now on I will only be training out of my comfort zone and am looking forward to seeing what my body is capable of.

See you tomorrow with a properly fuelled body!

She's an awesome trainer and you won’t be disappointed……. I never knew that my body was this capable until I started training with her (or maybe that's because she won’t let me fail and doesn't take no for an answer…but in a polite/nice way, of course!)

Got my BP tested on Friday and it is down to 137/97. My goal is 130/70. Thanks for the help so far.
