Being fit and healthy gives you a full lease on life it not only makes you feel good but it gives you the confidence and the power to take on the world!
Having just completed 12 years in the Royal Australian Navy I have had the honour of training and working with some of the smartest and toughest people in the world. As a military fitness leader it was my role to ensure that the ships company was physically ready for what ever challenges may lie ahead.
Just a bit of feedback on my PT session with Nat this morning. It was AWESOME. She's everything I like in a PT, what you see is what you get with her and she's not one of these pretentious holier then thou instructors which turns me off immediately. I can't wait for my next session with her. Thanks again.

I just wanted to let you know how fantastic I am feeling since I have started 7 weeks ago with Executive Results. I can now fit nicely into my jeans - no muffin top!! and I am not as self-conscious about my arms in sleeveless tops. Not only am I feeling better about my body, but I have changed my lifestyle - not eating as much junk and I now have the get up and go to take my daughter for a bike ride or go for a jog with the dog. I just needed that little push....The new trainer (Natalie), we have on a Wednesday is great... She works us hard as well as motivating us with positive remarks throughout our sessions which is rewarding when you are sweating it out.
