What I love about my work

I enjoy coaching people towards improving their well-being. I love the feeling when you watch someone regain control of their lives through exercise - optimum health, better confidence & respect for themselves, regaining control of their physical & emotional wellbeing because of improved mental toughness. It's wonderful to know that you were apart of that and more often that not, clients become very close friends.

Background

I spent 4 years at QLD Health as a Clinical Dietitian (PA Hospital, Toowoomba Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital) with special interest in Diabetes, Oncology (cancer) and Sports Nutrition.

Started training 9 years ago, first off in bodybuilding, then powerlifting and now Muay Thai & BJJ.

Thanh was great we really like him he is very knowledgeable, has a calm direct approach and is a good match for Ian and I (well done, good choice)

I am feeling great - satisfied because we worked hard, I did 11 push-ups and that is about ummm.......... 11 more than I have done for a very very long time.  We have a plan for the next week so all round everything is fantastic.

We are also leaning toward a Saturday morning group session, I will keep you posted on when.

Thanh is great - he really keeps us motivated and holds us accountable at each session - no quitting allowed! so far in four weeks I have lost nearly five kilos and I am feeling fitter every day. The great thing is that we work on the whole package, food, exercise and nutrition so we are able to eat more than rabbit food.

— Ian

Thanh has certainly proven to be an excellent PT. After working with him for only 4 months I have run my first ever fun run (Mothers Day Classic) and did 8k in 1 hour and he was there cheering me on at the finish line, that is what I call above and beyond.

I am really happy with the results so far and am looking forward to a fantastic time as we achieve more of our fitness goals.
