Where do you want to go?
Looking for a serious challenge? Why not aim to become Brisbane's Fittest Man or Woman?
The challenge is simple! You can challenge anyone who's on the ranking board at any time and arrange a day convenient to both. You will need to defeat your opponent by more than 10 seconds or there will be a second challenge which you will have to win as well to surpass your opponent and become the new record holder. In case of a second challenge it will need to be at least a week later than the first challenge date. Or you can aim to put the best time on the board, this does not require you to challenge anyone, this one is all about making the best time.
Example; you arrange for the challenge to be held this Saturday, you win by less than 10 seconds difference, the next challenge needs to be on or after the following Saturday. If you win again you will move to first place. If you lose the first challenge there is no need to hold the second challenge.
A rematch can be requested but needs to be at least one month after the losing challenge. If the current record holder is replaced within that time, you will need to still battle it out with the person you challenged, before you can take on the current record holder.
The challenge contains exercises from the Executive Results microfitness® program and wil challenge your physical fitness and mental toughness.
Following are the exercises in the challenge; Tyre Flipping (woman 80Kg /man 140Kg), Thrusters, Double Unders, Wide Grip Pull Ups, 200 metre sprint, Sledge Hammer Chops and Renegades. 3 rounds.
The cost for a challenge is $99, location, equipment, trainer and referee provided.
If you defeat the current record holder you will be able to claim the official Executive Results "Brisbane's Fittest Overall" title, you'll also receive an Executive Results t-shirt and one free Boot Camp worth several hundred dollars.
Physical Fitness - a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports.

Why are there two score boards? The first scoreboard lists the results in order of challenges, i.e. you challenge someone, win and move infront of the person you challenged. If you lose you don't move onto this scoreboard.
The second scoreboard keeps track of best times, anyone who set a time will be listed on this scoreboard.
Why not just stick with the scoreboard for times? Weather conditions and time of day the challenge is held seriously affect the outcome of the challenge, and therefore we have created two scoreboards.
