Do you need to get fit to meet the army, navy, air force or police force fitness requirements, want to join the army reserves?

Executive Results can help you reach your fitness goals with several unique training programs, for example: microfitness, Caveman Training, Boot Camps and personal training. We can work towards the PFT requirements you need to meet to join any of the above, army, police force etc. for example; beep test (shuttle run), push ups, pull ups and so on.

Navy - RAN Physical Fitness Test

  1. Military push-up or Flexed-arm hang (pushups conducted at a 2 second cadence)
  2. Military Sit ups (sit ups conducted at a 3 second cadence)
  3. 2.4 km run, 500 metre swim or the Beep Test.
