There is nothing more important than looking good (fit and healthy) on your wedding day, your wedding day is the most important celebration in your life, every lady wants to look perfect in their white wedding dress, and I'm sure you gentlemen out there will want the same!
Give our personal trainers some of your time and we'll help you lose weight, tone up, feel good and look fit, so you can look the best in your wedding dress or tuxedo.
You can jump straight in and join one of our many Boot Camps in Brisbane, you can come to our gym in West End for group fitness or personal training, we can even come to you in a park or your home. There is no excuse not to do this today!

It is never too late to start your transformation, but obviously the earlier you begin your fitness training program with your personal trainer the easier it will be to get the results you really want.
We have different levels of trainers available, and different programs. The most cost effective program is 'one on one' microfitness® with a starting trainer from $35 a session, a more tailored program with an advanced trainer and nutrition included can be tailored to your requirements. The most advanced program with an advanced trainer plus nutrition and support is approx. $120 a session. I understand you are busy but if you could fit me in during the times when I get back from Fiji and go to Japan that would be super! I very much don't want to gain back any weight especially after all the hard work we have both put into our sessions.
I would also like to continue with 3 sessions a week until mid September, as I can see the progress in my body and I want to keep it up!
