These days people have less and less time to devote to fitness due to work or other commitments, everyone still longs for a workout, and would squeeze one in if they could.
To meet current day demands, Executive Results has invented the revolutionary microfitness® program, a 10 to 20 minute (yes that's right! 10 to 20 minutes) workout providing the same results or better than a 60 minute workout.
The workouts have either no rest periods or a maximum of 10 seconds rest, and you work till your maximum ability in one session. Your goal is to achieve each repetition within a set timeframe, no holding back, because the session is shorter than other workouts you do not need to keep any reserve energy, its maximum overdrive from the word GO!
You will be wearing a heart rate monitor so we can monitor your heart rate and make sure you work in your red zone. Each session will have a goal, to reach the number of repetitions in the time set out, and the number of rounds, If you don't make it within the set timeframe you fail that session. When you increase your fitness you will do more rounds within the set timeframe.

I was so close to spewing, I feel cheated, and disappointed i didnt do another lap just for the sake of it. But OMG i was so glad i was finished. A lesson for you all, two IS NOT better then one. haha.
