I am 57 and found myself after 20 years with a company redundant so I looked at myself and thought hell I am not really employable. I am mostly a sedentary creature who likes to lay back play on computer or read. Exercise – yuck. I have had a heart attack, liver problems and a frozen shoulder. Also my doctors needed me to lose weight and get a lot fitter.  So knowing me I would need someone to push me and point me in the right decision so I googled Personal Trainer and Executive Results popped up. Rang them talked to Anna she sounded ok so I signed up for 10 sessions.

10 sessions later I feel a lot better and have lost according to my scales around 4kgs. My frozen shoulder which has had cortisone injections and physio with little to no effect is a lot better. Anna worked out some weight and other exercises and after a month I can now do things like tuck my shirt in with no pain. I now see the physio once a month and that is mainly maintenance. I have lost cms of waist and chest .

So I have signed up for another 10 sessions which I have just started. Anna is cool and she is very experienced in training and has an eagle eye for detail. She keeps the exercises interesting and mixes them up which keeps it from getting boring. She is a good motivator and although I keep hearing her husky tones in my head "pull that stomach in", "straighten that back" and "that was good so give me an other 10", I find the sessions enjoyable. And I can go home and do the exercises as they are easy to follow and you don't need much gym equipment.

I can recommend Anna to anyone no matter what the state of your fitness or health is, she takes that all into consideration when working out your program and she never pushes you farther than you are capable of doing.
