Why Personal Training to Lose Weight and Get Fit?

Personal Training is good because the focus is completely on you instead of a large group, the trainer is completely yours for the session and will correct your form and technique, keep you on track and focussed working towards YOUR goals (getting fit, losing weight etc.) day by day.

Nutritional advice is tailored to you based on the information you provided, and adjusted as required to help you lose weight.

What can you expect?

When training at Executive Results you will get your measurements taken before commencing and during training to keep track of progress, photos are also taken at start to compare to down the track. Weight is taken but is not always as important to reach your goals as you could be losing inches and be gaining muscle (depending on what your goals are).

If you are looking to lose weight, rest assured that most trainers have extensive knowledge in the area of fat loss, and some have probably been in the same situation you might find yourself in right now, and therefore can show compassion and understanding, but don’t be fooled – compassion does not mean you won’t be pushed to your absolute maximum to achieve your goals.

Nutrition is important

Personal Training on its own is not good enough, fitness is just a part of keeping you healthy and slim, being nutritionally aware (knowing what to eat and not) is a very important part of the journey, and should always be a part of your day to day life from here on out. Don’t fool yourself; you can’t go drinking extra alcoholic beverages and eating at KFC more because you are now working out on a regular basis. Want to look and feel good? Then you need to commit and change your lifestyle for the better…

Are there any side effects?

Yes, personal training does have its side effects:

  • feeling fitter and energetic
  • feeling happier and calmer
  • fat loss
  • muscle gain
  • and more…

Will it work?

If you change your way of thinking, commit and listen to instructions given, provide honest feedback and make the required changes, then yes, it will work!
