After spending two years at a gymnasium, doing weights and various classes I was not seeing any results. My husband joined Anna and her team at Executive Results last year doing Boot Camp and every morning when he walked through the door he was so much a different person to the other mornings.  He was bright red, really dirty and looked exhausted BUT he was so happy, so talkative and had so much energy, he was amazingly different, of course I was envious so we looked into Personal Training  for me.

I was so nervous about starting, just not knowing what to expect, but I soon learnt I was never going to know what to expect anyway.  Anna has always varied what I do, I have trained at the park, her studio, gone running, done boxing and these are just a few, she has loads of variations.

I also learnt very quickly there was never anything to be nervous about, Anna has been there for me the whole time, she is so supportive and has always answered every single question I have had for her.

I joined Anna last year in December and love it so much I NEVER want to stop. I am now the one coming home red faced, sweaty and suffering from sheer exhaustion, but I LOVE it.  She has taught me so much about healthy eating, how to exercise safely, why I wasn’t able to lose weight in the last two years, stretching and had so much support for me the whole time.  She encourages me incredibly, when I feel I just can’t do anymore, she always finds the right words and will even jump in and do the exercise with me which is so helpful, she doesn’t just yell at me and tell me to do it!

When I first started with Anna I suffered from a lot of neck injuries, since I have started training with her, I now have no more pain and no exercise she sets for me trigger any pain.  I have trained with a sore shoulder and a sore knee at different times, with Anna an injury doesn’t stop you from training, she just changes her program to suit and I still come out feeling exhausted and extremely satisfied with having worked just as hard as without an injury.

Anna has more than her share of routines always ready for you no matter what obstacle may be in the way, I have so much trust in Anna, that she knows how far to push me and what’s safe for me, and her knowledge about fitness and nutrition is amazing.

When I first started with Anna I thought “She is my goal, she is exactly what I want to be like” I am not nearly as fit as Anna, or look as good as her, but she has changed my life incredibly, I can now run, do push ups, do weights and I could never do any of these before, I was such a weak person, I told Anna, I am weak, I hate weights, Ican’t run, I hate running,  now I am strong, I amaze myself some days.  I cook much healthier meals for my family and make much healthier choices for my children.  I am so happy and love training with Anna so much my 10 and 12 old children want to train with her, and they are very excited about it.  Training with Anna is infectious, once you see the results she gets and how happy and healthy she makes you, everyone wants to do it.

I have saved the best part for last, after all these years of not losing any weight I have lost seven kilos which is probably 2 kilos more than I thought I had to lose, and I am still toning up.  It’s so exciting and its probably the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I have been doing Boot Camp with Executive Results for nearly 12 months. I love the results that I have achieved with the help of Anna and her team.

Just before Christmas I decided that I wanted to increase my training and results even further (I thought this might off-set the festive seasons activities ;-), so I joined Anna once a week for a Personal Training session. I have never had the help of a PT before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The 40 minutes with Anna flies by, and it is definitely challenging.

After a series of 8 weeks I have seen an amazing improvement in my strength and my fitness. By complementing my Boot Camp sessions with PT the results have been great. I can’t believe how much stronger I am and the amount of push ups, sits ups and other exercises I can now do compared with my previous best is remarkable. Not only that, but I feel mentally stronger, it’s like I know that my body is capable of more, so mentally I can push myself further. It feels great to be improving so much.

After experiencing 2 weeks of Boot Camp I thought I wanted more of a challenge to myself and decided to do a Personal Training session with Anna as well as my Boot Camp.

I have had PT’s before in a Gym and grew very bored of going from one machine to the next. Everything was predictable. What impressed me was the interest from Anna in what I wanted to do and my goals. My sessions are structured around what I like doing and what I need to do to achieve my goals. The best thing is every session is unpredictable – not really knowing what’s coming next, so boredom never is an issue. We can go boxing, cycling, running, walking, gym machine work, cardio, strength training to name a few.

I also have learnt the importance of stretching, which is something I was not used too…. The encouragement and support through these sessions is great and motivating. Also Anna is not a person to stand there and bark orders, she will often get in there and do the exercises with me, which is encouraging.

Having just one PT each week as well as Boot Camp is certainly fast tracking my fitness routine. I can certainly feel myself stronger and mentally tougher every week. Anna has shown me “There’s more in me” than I think.
