Gain self confidence and the ability to defend yourself against the most commono attacks. These classes are suited for Men, Women, Young & Old.

Classes are 1 hour to 1 and half hour, minimum 10 and maximum 20 students.

Location

We can organize the classes at any location in Brisbane i.e. in the park, your company or community hall.
