Executive Results reserves the right to change these conditions without notice and accepts no responsibility for participants' health, safety, injury or loss during the course.

Idemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Executive Results, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of engaging the services of Executive Results, your violation of the rules, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Payment for Services

Boot Camp, Group Training and Personal Training fees are to be paid 1 (one) week in advance.

Cancellation

As a general rule Executive Results does not refund any fees paid.
