As a mother of 3 children under 5 my training goal was to lose enough weight to fit into my work wardrobe. In 4 weeks of training with you I lost 5 KILOS!
Looking back on it now I don't think I really thought I would do it. I achieved my goals but gained something much more important than weight loss.. I gained self-confidence, fitness, muscle tone, positive outlook, ENERGY and physical and mental strength that I didn't know I was missing. I am lighter but feeling 200% more capable to get on with the things my life requires.
If I was to get a chance to inspire another mother out there thinking about personal training I'd tell her this "all you need to do is commit, Anna will take care of the rest."
